Swedish Body Massage
Swedish Body Massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. The techniques used are designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles, relieve tension and make you feel more relaxed. Please note this not a deep tissue massage treatment.

ASMR
An ASMR massage combines traditional massage techniques with specific ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) triggers to induce relaxation and a tingling sensation. These triggers, such as soft sounds, gentle movements and visual cues aim to create a soothing and calming experience, often described as a "brain massage". The ASMR massage experience includes using different tools to evoke tingling sensations from soft make up brushes to feathers, and different combs and brushes amongst other tools are used during the hair play aspect of this treatment.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a therapeutic massage, of the upper back, shoulders, arms, head and face which is traditionally given whilst you are seated in a low back chair. It helps to release tension, and muscle tightness, can help with headaches and is beneficial to those who hold tension in the upper body, do a lot of driving or desk working.
